Computer Sharp provides a variety of Computer Support solutions for business and residential customers including installation, computer backup and data recovery, virus & spyware removal and protection, computer repair plus more. All support provided at a rate of $75 per hour for the first hour, then $50 per hour moving forward.

Installation:We will work with you to determine what type of computer solutions you need in order to do the work you need to do.

• Recommend low-cost, high-powered systems and provide all software and hardware support to get that system up and running at optimal performance.

• Walk you through how to use the system, inform you on what you need to know and how to properly maintain for longevity and performance, answer any questions you may have.
• Connect the systems to the network and internet, provide the proper virus & spyware protection necessary to thwart against attacks, and also connect them to necessary devices such as printers, file servers, backup locations, etc.

Computer Backup and Data Recovery: Often one of the most overlooked but definitely the most critical aspect to computer systems.

• Once the installation process is taken care of we immediately recommend a simple, inexpensive but powerful tool for backing up at least the critical data on the computers.  We can set it up to be automatic on a regular time schedule to minimize downtime and hours of headaches.
• We can set up the data to back up to numerous devices, including network devices which can be securely accessed remotely if necessary.  We set up the computers in such a way that they can be "restored" from a dead crash in under 30 minutes.
• Computer Sharp provides comprehensive Data Recovery options in the event of a system crash, virus attack, or even physical damage.  We use a variety of techniques to salvage as much of the critical data needed when backups are not in place.

Virus & Spyware Protection: An essential tool every system should have in order to be protected against the latest attacks sent over the internet with the intent to harm your computer.

• We provide comprehensive Virus & Spyware Protection to help keep the computer systems running optimally.  We don't overload the computers with non-essential software.
• We will run custom scans and manual virus & spyware removal from any machine suspected of having an infection, especially if the machine is slowing down.

Computer Repair: Is your computer running so slow that it is affecting your productivity? Are you getting weird pop-up messages or blue screens? Is the computer not booting up to the normal screen? Do you hear weird noises coming from the hard drive area?

• We will diagnose the computer and apply the diagonostic toward the first hour of our service fee.
• We will fix the computer to get it running back to par, and will ensure that all of your settings, files, music, videos and emails are retained.
• We will provide recommendations for free on what can be done to enhance your computing experience.
